About the job

  • Make outbound calls to parents
  • Provide guidance on course progress
  • Address parents inquiries and concerns
  • Document and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Company with parents and child to study English


Address: Etisalat Club Street, EL Laselky, New Maadi, Cairo Governorate


Work schedule (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM) (Friday off), Saturday is a half day (12:00 PM to 4:00 PM) Coffee time: 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm. Lunch time: 5:00pm - 6:00 pm.


51Talk is an online English education platform and is currently looking for Leanring Parter and Team Lead for an on-site full-time position in Cairo,Egypt . This role requires skills in problem solving and time management with high service attitude.

Base Salary + Sale bonus.


Qualifications

  • Full-time unified bachelor's degree;. "Fresh Graduates"
  • Good service attititude and patience
  • Good English
  • Strong communication skills
